Returns cannot be accepted back for hygiene reasons unless the item or items are faulty. All our clothing items are checked by a supervisor before being packed to ensure no faulty items are sent. Toys cannot be checked as they are in sealed packets. If toys are faulty then please contact us for return details and if found that your item is faulty a refund or credit note will be applied were appropriate. Items found to be deliberately damaged will not be refunded.
